Brent Delehey
Chief Executive Officer
Brent has 15 years of experience in the financial information publishing industry. Having begun his career selling mutual funds for Eaton Vance, Inc., and then selling limited partnerships for Krupp, Inc., Brent moved to First Call Corporation in 1988. While he began his career at First Call in sales, Brent's responsibilities continued to increase until he served his last three years as President and CEO. In those three years, Brent was directly responsible for multiple new product launches, acquisitions, and continued revenue and earnings growth. Most recently, Brent co-founded a real-time financial information company called Business Data Exchange (BD-X), which launched its real-time corporate transcript product in December 2001. Brent sold BD-X to CCBN.com in April 2002.
Brent holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from Dartmouth College and an MBA with a concentration in finance and accounting from Boston University's night program. In addition, Brent is a Chartered Financial Analyst with the Association for Investment Management and Research.
Bill Davenport
President
Bill focuses on building great products for financial advisors, and working closely with Forefield's editorial and technology teams to accomplish that goal. Bill's background includes 20 years in the financial services industry, including 15 years leading information-based product development efforts serving investor relation officers, investment bankers, portfolio managers, analysts, traders, and financial advisors.
Bill is a graduate of Dartmouth College, the Stern School of Business (NYU), and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
Frank J. Sciammacco
Vice President, Finance
Frank brings more than 19 years of financial management and analysis experience to Forefield, including a strong background in public and private accounting. Frank has held several positions as Controller in various sectors, including manufacturing and retail organizations, and was responsible for the day-to-day accounting and finance operations as well as assisting in financial and tax audits. Prior to that, he was the Director of Planning and Analysis for the retail chain Chess King, a division of Melville Corporation.
Frank earned a bachelor's degree in Accounting from Assumption College.
Luke Bowen
Chief Technology Officer
Luke heads the Forefield technology team in the development of cutting-edge software solutions for the financial advisor. Luke has over 20 years of experience in software development with the last 15 years spent working with financial applications.
Luke earned a bachelor of science degree in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin.
James Walsh, JD
Vice President, Content and Editor-in-Chief
Jim leads a team of highly qualified, dedicated professionals. The editorial staff includes attorneys (JDs), Certified Public Accountants (CPAs), Chartered Financial Consultants (ChFCs), Certified Financial Planners (CFPs), masters in business administration (MBAs), and masters in bank and finance laws and tax laws (LLMs).
Jim spent 10 years with the IRS, including 1 year as Congressional Liaison for the Problem Resolution Office of the IRS. He also served as Communication Consultant - New Products and Services with John Hancock Retirement Services. While in law school, he was Technical Editor of the Transnational Law Review.
Jim is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Boston and Suffolk University Law School.
