E-mail open tracking and contact level click-through analysis are great metrics in gauging the effectiveness of e-mail campaigns

Want to measure the impact of your marketing efforts? Have a better sense of what information attracts specific clients and prospects? Tailor your e-mail campaigns more precisely?

To help you make your marketing efforts even more effective, we’ve just added some exciting new capabilities to our existing service. With e-mail open tracking and contact level click-through analysis capabilities, you’ll be able to better assess the results of your marketing campaigns. Specifically, we can now provide you with the following data:
  • E-mails sent
  • E-mails opened
  • E-mails clicked
  • Total # of click-throughs
  • Articles with click-throughs
  • A list of the specific contacts who opened an e-mail
  • A list of the specific contacts who clicked on a link for more information
For example, say you e-mail a newsletter to 200 contacts. We'll tell you who opened the email, who clicked on it to find out more information, and we’ll even tell you what they read. With this knowledge, you’ll have greater visibility into which prospects are most interested in your services, and the specific issues that are catching their attention.

The new analytics are presented via the Campaigns, Activity, and Contact Detail pages within the My Clients section, and are now available for all new e-mail campaigns. Anonymous usage from past e-mail campaigns is still available via the Anonymous Usage tab inside My Clients.
