Forefield Announces Next Generation Advisor Platform
Next generation Forefield Advisor platform introduces e-mail presentation materials, expanded search engine, and additional commercial printing options

MARLBORO, Mass., March 16, 2006 – Forefield today released its next generation Forefield Advisor platform, which includes new HTML e-mail concept pieces, an advanced search engine, and expanded commercial printing support.
Forefield’s extremely popular two-page concept pieces can now be created in both HTML e-mail and PDF formats. Both formats can be fully branded and personalized. With the new HTML e-mail version, financial advisors gain the ability to distribute each concept piece electronically, without having to include the piece as a separate e-mail attachment. Branding options in both versions are fully customizable by independent financial advisors, whose output can include their own logo, disclaimer, and color scheme. Financial institutions can centrally control their brand identity, while still permitting each individual financial advisor to personalize their output with their picture and contact details.
Independent financial advisors can distribute e-mail concept pieces to clients and prospects using Forefield’s e-mail list management capability, allowing them to quickly and easily send HTML concept pieces to thousands of clients and prospects. In enterprise deployments, advisors can be restricted to sending e-mail only through their own internal e-mail account in order to maintain a compliance audit trail.
Today’s release also incorporates a new, enhanced search engine. The scope of the search engine has been broadened to include all Advisor materials, including alerts, updates, and presentation center materials. And to help financial advisors find the materials they need as efficiently as possible, Forefield has incorporated a cutting-edge search algorithm and separated search results into individual content categories.
Forefield has also added advanced printing capabilities into Forefield Advisor through its partnership with NetGram, a commercial printer. NetGram’s print service combines high print quality with low cost and no minimum order size to offer financial advisors personalized full-color duplexed print copies of any two-page concept piece.
