Forefield Enhances Newsletter Service and Announces Record Growth

MARLBORO, Mass., February 28, 2006 - Forefield Inc. announced today the release of its enhanced Forefield Newsletter™ service. Following a tripling of its Forefield Newsletter subscriber base in 2005, the new enhancements position Forefield for even faster growth in 2006.

The latest release incorporates new authoring controls which allow independent financial advisors to add formatting to introductory notes and custom articles, creating a richer experience for their clients and prospects. In addition, a new graphical masthead option permits independent financial advisors to create a more individually-branded newsletter, in both PDF and e-mail versions. Forefield has also added read tracking of all e-mail newsletter articles, including custom articles, providing financial advisors with analytics showing which newsletter articles are generating the most interest.

Forefield’s enterprise edition allows marketing, compliance and sales leaders to customize Forefield Newsletters to reflect existing design standards and compliance workflow processes. In the enterprise edition, a master graphical masthead can be used by all financial advisors to create a consistent marketing presence. The authoring controls and custom article capabilities can be turned on or off depending on the existing compliance processes. E-mail newsletters can be restricted so that e-mail is only sent through in-house e-mail systems, creating a full compliance audit trail. The result is a fully customizable enterprise product that is fully integrated from both a marketing and compliance perspective.
